With WrestleMania 41 right around the corner, the build-up of the highly anticipated clash between Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair is now at its peak at SmackDown. Stratton, who is the WWE Women’s Champion, has to defend her title against the former champion Charlotte, who aims to become relevant once again in the WWE.
Both superstars have crossed paths in the Friday night roster for some time now. With Charlotte taking the offensive right on to Tiffany a few weeks ago, everyone thought that with the kind of experience she had, the legendary Ric Flair’s daughter would have the upper edge.

Tiffany Stratton sent shockwaves in the WWE universe with her words on Smackdown
While the verbal spat continued, Tiffany Stratton shocked the WWE universe with some bashing on the microphone of her own. The latest war of words between the two WWE superstars did signal that Tiffany will not leave the title without a fight at WrestleMania 41.
It started with Charlotte Flair, as she decided not to hold back against Tiffany last month during the split-screen promo. The former Women’s Champion alleged that Ludvig Kaiser, Tiffany Stratton’s boyfriend, was in her DMs recently.

Tiffany had decided she had been respectable long enough for Charlotte. The accusation did irk the Women’s Champion, while many fans believed that Charlotte was off-script the last time around. The recent altercation, however, did reveal the unconventional side of the Women’s Champion as he went all out against Charlotte.
It was Tiffany who returned the favour this time around by being off-script first. The Women’s Champion opined that Charlotte would always be a shadow of her father, Ric Flair, no matter how many titles she wins in the WWE because the real rival for her is the WWE fans themselves.
Tiffany did not just hold back there, she did pull out some dirt from the past. The WWE Women’s Champion solidified her stature as she dropped a bombshell against Charlotte Flair, who stood by on the other side of the ring, astonished. Tiffany said:
“Charlotte, at 25 years old, what were you doing? Your were trying to become a volleyball player, drinking in your daddy’s basement. And what am I doing at 25 years old? I am walking into WrestleMania as the WWE Women’s Champion.”
An epic clash on the horizon between Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair
The confrontation on the microphone is just a build-up to the heated clash between the two WWE superstars. Both Tiffany and Charlotte have worked their way up to climb the ladder and become elite superstars in the WWE.

Charlotte was out of action due to injury for almost the entirety of last year. The 14-time Champion won the Royal Rumble to deserve a title shot at WrestleMania 41 and achieve the pinnacle of success and ultimate glory in the company once again.
The current Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton, also had her fair share of struggles in the WWE. She signed for the company in 2021, initially starting at the NXT roster and quickly earning a name for herself by winning the Women’s NXT Champion.
Her success in the junior roster earned her a place in Smackdown, as the WWE promoted her in 2024. The next big shot in Tiffany Stratton’s career was winning the Women’s Money in the Bank, which she used to win the Women’s Championship earlier this year.
While both superstars have worked their way up to lay their hands on the title, the winner of the clash between these two WWE superstars remains yet to be seen.
WrestleMania 41 is scheduled on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, 2025, at 7 PM (ET)/4 PM (PT), streaming live on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix everywhere else.
